Cold Cucumber and Black Fungus Salad
A tangy and spicy cold dish that's refreshing and appetizing.
Materials
Cucumber | 1 piece |
Black Fungus | 1 bowl |
Sauce | 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce |
Seasoning | 1/3 tbsp beef sauce, 3g sugar |
Cilantro | A handful, a pinch |
How To Make

Clean the cucumber and crush it lightly.

Tear the soaked black fungus into small pieces.

Boil water in a deep pot and cook the black fungus for 5 minutes once the water is boiling.

Remove and let it cool naturally.

Prepare the sauce: 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

2 tablespoons of vinegar.

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

1/3 tablespoon of beef sauce.

3 grams of sugar.

Chop in some cilantro.

Mix well.

Take a deep bowl and add the cucumber.

Add the cooled black fungus.

Pour in the sauce.

Mix well again.

Plate it up and garnish with chopped chili peppers, and you're done.
