How To Make

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a pinch of salt and sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, and 0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix well and set aside.

  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Flip the mushrooms halfway through and add more seasoning or chili powder if desired.
