Dried Tofu | 100 grams |
Wood Ear Mushrooms | 50 grams |
Cucumber | 1 piece |
Chili Powder | 2 tablespoons |
Light Soy Sauce | 3 tablespoons |
Sugar | 1 tablespoon |

Cilantro | to taste |
White Sesame Seeds | to taste |

How To Make

Wash the cucumber, cilantro, and green onions.

Soak and wash the wood ear mushrooms and dried tofu, and set aside.

Prepare chili powder, small chili peppers, white sesame seeds, and minced garlic.

Cut the cucumber into chunks (you may remove some seeds).

Bring water to a boil, then blanch the wood ear mushrooms and dried tofu for 1 minute and set aside.

In a bowl, add the chili, minced garlic, green onions, chili powder, and sesame seeds, then pour hot oil over them.

Add a spoonful of sesame oil.

Add two tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add three tablespoons of aging vinegar.

Add one spoon of sugar.

Add white pepper and salt to taste.

Add cilantro and green onions, and stir well.

Add the prepared sauce to the wood ear mushrooms, cucumbers, and dried tofu. Wear disposable gloves and mix well. Serve on a plate.
