Stir-Fried Eggs with Shrimp, Green Pepper, and Black Fungus

Eggs | 2 |
Black Fungus | 10 pieces |
Green Pepper | 1 |
Shrimp | 100 grams |
Cooking Wine | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | to taste |
MSG | to taste |
How To Make

First, marinate the shrimp with a small amount of cooking wine for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt and a dash of cooking wine, then set aside.

Rinse the green pepper and black fungus, then chop them into small pieces.

Heat some oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble them briefly before removing. Add a bit more oil and stir-fry the green peppers, black fungus, and shrimp. Season with salt. When almost cooked, add the scrambled eggs back in and stir for a while. If it seems too dry, add a little water.
