🌈 Today I'm sharing a super delicious home-cooked dish – Enoki Mushroom and Japanese Tofu Casserole. The silky tofu coated in sauce with enoki mushrooms is so tasty that you won't leave any broth behind! You have to try it!
Materials
Japanese Tofu | 4 pieces |
Enoki Mushrooms | 2 handfuls |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Green Onion | 1 stalk |
Dark Soy Sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Oyster Sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Light Soy Sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Starch | 5 tablespoons |
Water | Half a bowl |
White Sugar | 10 grams |
How To Make

Start by preparing the sauce: mix two tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add one tablespoon of dark soy sauce.

Include one tablespoon of oyster sauce.

Add half a tablespoon of white sugar.

Mix with half a bowl of water.

Cut the Japanese tofu into pieces and coat with starch.

Heat oil in a pan and fry until both sides are golden.

In another pan, heat oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped green onions.

Add in the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.

Layer the mushrooms in a clay pot.

Place the Japanese tofu on top.

Pour in the sauce and simmer on medium heat for two minutes! Garnish with chopped green onions and small chili peppers.
